The GPHU Diploma Programme draws on the expertise of the Graduate Studies and undergraduate studies as well as faculties within the university, to help students gain the skills and experience they need to become Public health professional and advance their careers in a variety of settings outside of academia. This assistance is provided through a variety of interdisciplinary modules and fieldwork.
The Global Public Health University diploma and postgraduate diploma programmes are designed as professional development education to guarantee that our students are prepared for future field practices and success in a variety of challenging occupations. MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENT
FOR UNDERGRADUATES
A minimum of 5 O’level credits passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry and not more than two sittings at the SSCE or WAEC or its equivalent
FOR POSTGRADUATE CANDIDATES
Candidates must have completed their first degree in the biological or health sciences in order to be eligible to apply for this diploma course. This is a one-year, top-up programme to enable graduates of the GPHU to obtain a master’s qualification.
